Buy Joint Genesis: A Simple Step-by-Step Ordering Guide

You have read about the formula, you like the idea of a one-capsule morning routine and you are ready to order. Here is exactly how to buy Joint Genesis, step by step, so the process feels easy and nothing surprises you at checkout. The whole thing takes a few minutes, the payment is a single charge and the 180-day money-back guarantee starts counting on the day you order.

This guide follows the order from start to finish: choosing a package, checking the price, paying, saving your confirmation, waiting for delivery and setting yourself up for the refund window. We checked the details on October 27, 2026.

Step 1: Choose Your Package

The order page shows three cards. Each bottle holds 30 capsules, one capsule a day.

Not sure which to choose? The seller says most customers notice changes after about three months of consistent daily use, which makes the 3-bottle (90 days) and 6-bottle (180 days) packages the natural fits. The 6-bottle package has the lowest price per bottle, free US shipping and the two bonus e-books. Our price guide compares them in more detail.

Step 2: Check What You See

Before you pay, take ten seconds to confirm the page matches what you expect. You should see packages of 2, 3 and 6 bottles at $79, $69 and $49 per bottle, a note that it is a one-time payment, and a 180-day guarantee. If any of that looks different, stop and read our where to buy Joint Genesis guide before going further.

Step 3: Go to Checkout

When you select a package, you are taken to the secure checkout, which runs on ClickBank. Enter your shipping details carefully, since a typo in the address is the most common cause of delays. Outside the US, 2 and 3 bottles carry $19.95 shipping, and customs and taxes are paid by the buyer. Check that the total on screen matches the package you chose.

Step 4: Keep Your Confirmation

This step pays off later. Save your order confirmation email and note the order confirmation number. If you ever want a refund, the seller asks for your first name, last name, order email and confirmation number. Put your 180-day deadline in your calendar the same day, counting from the order date, not the delivery date.

Step 5: Wait for Delivery

The seller says orders ship right away. Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days in the US and up to two weeks outside the US. If your package is late or you need to change something, support is available at [email protected] or (800) 589-4191, Monday to Friday 6 am to 5 pm and Saturday 6 am to 2 pm Pacific. Order support is also available through ClickBank.

Step 6: Start Your Routine

When the bottle arrives, take one capsule a day with water, preferably in the morning, as the seller advises. If you chose the 6-bottle package, your two e-books, 17 Joint-Supporting Smoothies and Youthful Joints for Life, are part of the order, and they give you recipes and simple at-home habits to go with your capsules. Our how to take Joint Genesis guide offers tips for building the habit.

Before You Order: A Quick Safety Check

• If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor first.
• If you take blood thinners or diabetes medicine, mention ginger, Boswellia and pine bark to your doctor.
• The hyaluronic acid matrix comes from an animal source with collagen type II. If you avoid animal products, check with the seller.

What Happens If You Change Your Mind

Here is the reassuring part of the buying process. Every package is covered by a 180-day guarantee from the order date. You email or call support with your details, then send back the remaining unopened bottles with the packing slip to BIODYNAMIX, 19655 E 35th Dr, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA. Opened or empty bottles do not need to be returned. You pay return shipping, and the refund follows in up to 5 to 7 business days after the bottles arrive. The guarantee guide repeats the steps in a short checklist.

Tips for the Smoothest Order

1. Use an email address you check often, because your confirmation and any updates go there.
2. Double-check the shipping address before you pay.
3. Take a screenshot of the order summary for your records.
4. Choose the package for the length of time you want to try it, not only the lowest total.
5. Do not wait to start. The 180 days run from your order date, so the sooner you open the first bottle, the more of the window you use.

Common Ordering Worries

Many first-time buyers worry about being signed up for something they did not choose. The seller’s FAQ describes a one-time payment, with no subscription and no auto-ship. Others worry about getting a refund, and the policy is published with steps, an address and a phone number. If you would like to see the label, price table and guarantee in one place before you buy, open the Joint Genesis hub.

Three Ordering Mistakes to Avoid

The first is picking a package by the lowest total instead of the length of time you want to try it. The second is skipping the confirmation email, which holds the number you need for any refund. The third is waiting until the bottles have been sitting for weeks to open them, which quietly burns your guarantee window since it counts from the order date. Avoid those three and the whole experience stays simple.

Ready When You Are

Buying Joint Genesis is simple: choose your package, check the price, pay once at the secure checkout, save your confirmation and start your morning routine. With six months of cover, empty bottles staying with you and no subscription, it is an easy decision to put into action.

Before you order, the Joint Genesis hub lets you look over the label and packages once more, and its where to buy page repeats the buying tips.
