You have decided you want to try it, so the next question is simple: where is the Joint Genesis official website, and how do you reach the real order page without detours? The seller’s site is completejointcare.net, the brand is BioDynamix, and payment runs through ClickBank. The page offers 2, 3 or 6 bottles at $79, $69 or $49 each, backed by a 180-day empty-bottle guarantee. We checked it on October 27, 2026.
Healthy Hormones Club is an independent review site, not the seller. This guide shows what the genuine page looks like, how to confirm it in under a minute and what to do if anything looks different.

What the Genuine Page Is
Joint Genesis is sold through one order page on the seller’s site, completejointcare.net. When you click the buttons on this page, you land on that order page, and when you pay, the checkout is handled by ClickBank, a well-known payment platform for digital and supplement orders. The seller says Joint Genesis is never available in stores, so there is no second route to look for.
In other words, the genuine page is the one that belongs to the BioDynamix offer, not a store shelf and not a reseller listing. The short version is also kept in our official website page inside the Joint Genesis hub.
The 60-Second Checklist
You can confirm you are in the right place by checking five things on screen:
- Three package cards. 2 bottles at $79 each, 3 bottles at $69 each and 6 bottles at $49 each.
- The totals. $158, $207 and $294, with $9.95 US shipping on 2 and 3 bottles and free shipping on 6.
- The bonus. Two e-books only on the 6-bottle card.
- The guarantee. A 180-day money-back guarantee, with the details on the refund page.
- The payment step. A ClickBank checkout, with no subscription or auto-ship, according to the seller.
If all five match, you are looking at the same offer we checked. If the prices or the guarantee are different, close the tab and start again from a button here.

The label reads: “Distributed by: BioDynamix, 19655 E 35th Drive, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, 800-589-4191, BioDynamix.co.” The site footer lists 7362 Remcon Circle, El Paso, TX 79912 and “Formulated in the USA”. The seller says the company is headed by Dr. Mark Weis, M.D., and that the capsule is made following cGMP in an FDA-inspected facility in the USA. You can read more about the brand in our post on Dr. Mark Weis and BioDynamix.
A named company with a street address and a phone line is a good sign for any supplement. If you are weighing whether to buy at all, our is Joint Genesis legit guide goes through the full checklist.
What the Page Offers
| Package | Supply | Per bottle | Total | US shipping | Bonuses |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | 60 days | $79 | $158 | + $9.95 | None |
| 3 bottles | 90 days | $69 | $207 | + $9.95 | None |
| 6 bottles Best Value | 180 days | $49 | $294 | Free | 2 free e-books |
Outside the US, shipping is $19.95 on 2 and 3 bottles, and customs or taxes are paid by the buyer. The two e-books on the 6-bottle order are “17 Joint-Supporting Smoothies” and “Youthful Joints for Life”, valued by the seller at $29.95 each. The seller says orders ship right away and arrive in about 5 to 7 business days in the US and up to two weeks elsewhere.
Lookalikes and Why They Appear
Whenever a supplement becomes popular, other pages appear with similar names, copied images or different prices. Some are harmless review pages like ours. Others try to look like the order page. The simplest defense is habit: always reach the order page through a button from a page you trust, check the five points above and never enter payment details on a page that does not match.
Three practical signs of a page that is not the seller’s offer:
- a price that differs from the three cards above;
- a countdown, a “last bottles” banner or a sudden extra discount that is not on the order page;
- no mention of the 180-day guarantee, or a different guarantee period.
Our posts on avoiding copycat sites and buying from marketplaces give the same advice in more detail.

What We Do and Do Not Do
Healthy Hormones Club is not the official Joint Genesis website. We write independent guides, gather the numbers from the seller’s pages and link to the order page so you can read them yourself. We do not sell the product, take payments or handle refunds. Everything about your order, from shipping to the guarantee, is between you, BioDynamix and ClickBank.
A Good Habit for Any Supplement Purchase
Before you pay for any supplement online, take a moment to look at four things: the company name, a physical address, a phone number and a written refund policy. Joint Genesis shows all four. The company is BioDynamix, the label address is in Aurora, Colorado, the phone line is (800) 589-4191 and the refund rules are spelled out: 180 days from the order date, return only unopened bottles, buyer pays return shipping.
It also helps to save the order confirmation email the moment it arrives. It contains your order number and order email, which are the details support asks for. With that in your inbox and the support contacts above saved in your phone, you are covered from the first day to the last day of your 180-day window. Once you have those basics in place, ordering takes only a couple of minutes, and you can get on with your morning routine.
