Guarantee and refunds

No. That is the point of the empty-bottle guarantee. Opened and empty bottles stay with you, and only the remaining unopened bottles go back.
When does the 180 days start?
On the day you place the order, not the day the bottles arrive. Contact support well before day 180, and keep your order confirmation handy.
How do I request a Joint Genesis refund?
Contact support within 180 days of your order with your first name, last name, order email and order confirmation number. Then return the unopened bottles with the packing slip to BIODYNAMIX, 19655 E 35th Dr, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA. You pay the return shipping, and the refund follows in up to 5-7 business days after the bottles arrive.
