Yu Sleep is the liquid evening formula people keep finding when they search for a simple way to wind down at the end of the day, and it is easy to see why. It promises something straightforward: melatonin, B vitamins and a seven-ingredient bedtime blend in a dropper routine that takes seconds, backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. We went through the label and the order page so you can decide with confidence. Here is our verdict. If you take prescribed medicines or have a medical condition, ask your doctor first.
Our verdict: 4.5 out of 5. This is our editorial team’s own score, not a customer rating. Yu Sleep earns it with a label that names every ingredient, a quick two-dropper routine, three free bonuses on the larger packages, clear pricing and a 60-day guarantee counted from your purchase date.
What makes Yu Sleep stand out
Many sleep products ask you to pick a single ingredient and hope for the best. Yu Sleep takes a team approach. The seller describes a liquid nighttime formula designed to help you relax, fall asleep and enjoy deeper, more restful sleep. That is the seller’s story, and we pass it on as theirs. What stands out to us is what you can see for yourself.
Four things stand out when you look at the whole package:
- A label that names everything. Melatonin 0.9 mg, vitamin B2 0.5 mg, vitamin B6 0.5 mg and a 637 mg blend with seven named ingredients.
- A quick routine. Two full droppers in the evening, before bed, with about 30 servings in each bottle.
- A calm ingredient lineup. Magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, lemon balm, apigenin, 5-HTP, GABA and red tart cherry sit alongside the melatonin.
- Real peace of mind. You have 60 days from your purchase to decide.
Who we think Yu Sleep is for
Yu Sleep fits a specific kind of person, and if that is you, it is easy to like.
- You want a calmer bedtime and a ritual that tells your body the day is done.
- You like liquids better than capsules, and a bottle you can keep on the bedside table.
- You like a label with named ingredients and a clear dose for melatonin.
- You want to try before you commit, with a money-back option that gives you two real months to decide.
- You enjoy extras, such as three free bonuses on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages.
Yu Sleep is for adults. If you take antidepressants, sleep or anxiety medicine or blood pressure medicine, or if you are pregnant or nursing, ask a doctor first. Our safety page covers this in detail.
What we like
The label names every ingredient
Melatonin and both vitamins have their own amounts, and the seven blend ingredients are listed by name. Read the full breakdown on our ingredients page.
The story is easy to follow
The brand’s idea is to look after your evening from several angles at once. Melatonin leads. Magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, lemon balm, apigenin, 5-HTP, GABA and tart cherry support it. It is a clear idea, and each ingredient has a place on the label.
The price drops fast on bigger packages
Two bottles cost $69 each plus shipping. Three bottles cost $59 each with free shipping, and six bottles cost $49 each with free shipping. At six bottles that works out to about $1.63 a night. See the full math on our price page.
The bonuses are a real extra
The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages include three free digital bonuses: The Wind Down Routine (11 bedtime stories in eBook and audio), Younger and Happier While You Sleep (an eBook of evening rituals) and a guide to evening foods to avoid. They turn a dropper into a fuller wind-down.
The guarantee is the standout
You get 60 days from the date of your purchase. The seller calls it the “sleep like a baby” guarantee, and suggests at least 21 days of daily use first, which gives you a fair, clear path.

None of these are dealbreakers. They are simply the practical details of a nightly supplement that you order online.
Which package we would pick
If you want the best value, we would pick the 6-bottle package. At $49 per bottle it covers six months, ships free and includes all three bonuses. If you would rather start smaller, the 3-bottle package at $59 per bottle covers three months and also ships free with the bonuses. The 2-bottle package is the lightest way in, but it has the highest cost per night and no bonuses.
The Yu Sleep overview page keeps all three packages side by side if you want to compare them once more. Whichever you choose, note your purchase date, keep your order confirmation, and set a reminder around day 45 for an honest check-in. Yu Sleep is designed to sit alongside your normal healthy evening habits, not to replace them.
Final recommendation
Yu Sleep gives you a quick, once-a-night habit built around a clear idea: a calm evening ritual designed to help you relax, fall asleep and enjoy deeper, more restful sleep. It has a label that names every ingredient, three free bonuses on the larger packages, a clear price ladder and a guarantee that runs for 60 days from your purchase. For adults who want to give their evenings a little more care, we recommend it, and we think the 6-bottle package is the smartest way to try it.
