On a supplement page this slot holds the ingredient list. The Genius Song is a digital audio product, so here we list what an order actually contains, how it reaches you, and what it does not include. For the claims and the research behind them, see the benefits page.
The order at a glance
- Main item: one digital audio track. The seller describes it as a “seven minute sound wave” and “a digital audio track”.
- Extras: digital bonuses. The list changes depending on which sales page you read.
- Delivery: digital, right after payment. The ClickBank checkout lists it as a “Digital Product” that is not shippable.
- Price: $39 once. The checkout shows your local currency and adds tax where it applies.
- Terms of Sale: “You are paying $39 today for The Genius Song”, described as “a copyrighted digital article for personal use”.
- Not included: an app, a physical item, or any study of the track.
The devices in this mockup are the seller’s artwork. You do not receive a phone, tablet or headphones. You receive access to an audio track.
Everything in the order, in one table
| Item | Type | How the seller describes it | Our note |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Genius Song | Digital audio track | A “seven minute sound wave” that uses “brain entrainment” to activate the gamma brain wave | We did not buy it, so the length and content are the seller’s statements. No study tests the track |
| Bonuses | Digital extras | Up to four, depending on the page | The video and the text page list different sets. See the next table |
| ClickBank receipt | Order record | Issued by ClickBank at checkout | Keep it. You need it for a refund request |
| Marketing emails | Email lists | Managed by HappyConsumerPublishing.com, per the Terms | Not part of the product. Each email has an unsubscribe link |
The main track
What it is
In the sales video, the presenter (who uses the pen name Dr. Robert Lake, as the site’s own disclaimer says) explains that brain entrainment “normally takes one hour per session” and that his team turned it into a seven-minute sound wave. He says, “We called this seven minute sound wave the genius song and turned it into a digital audio track.”
That is all the seller says about the contents. There is no list of frequencies, tones or music. We did not buy the product, so we could not check the real running time or what you hear. Treat “about 7 minutes” as the seller’s figure.
How the seller says to use it
- Put on a pair of headphones.
- Close your eyes and relax for about 7 minutes.
- Listen once a day.
- If you miss a day, the video says “It’s okay and not the end of the world.”
Our own advice: keep the volume comfortable and never listen while driving. The safety page covers who should ask a doctor first.
Delivery: two descriptions that do not match
The seller describes delivery in two different ways, and we cannot tell you which one buyers get.
| Source | What it says about delivery |
|---|---|
| Sales video | ”Your digital audio track will be emailed to you in a matter of minutes”, and later, that it is emailed “immediately” |
| Text sales page, order section | ”On-demand access to your Private Audio Portal”, with login details by email, and “You can stream from any device” |
| Text sales page, FAQ | ”Just download the Digital Audio Track” to your phone or computer |
| ClickBank checkout | ”Digital Product”, not shippable, with immediate access “once payment is approved” |
So it may be a file you download, a portal you log in to, or both. The fairest summary is an audio track delivered digitally, with the seller describing both a download and an online audio portal.
What about the file format?
The seller does not state a file format on any page, video or checkout screen we reviewed. If you need a particular format for an older device, ask the seller’s support address, [email protected], before you order.

The text page’s FAQ says you can download the track to “your phone or computer”, and its order section says you can “stream from any device”. No special hardware is mentioned. In practice:
- Phone: the most likely way to listen, with headphones.
- Computer: also named by the seller.
- Headphones: the video asks for them. Any comfortable pair works.
- Offline listening: only possible if you get a downloadable file. If you only get portal access, you may need an internet connection.
The bonuses, page by page
This is where the two sales pages disagree most. The video says “three free bonuses” and then names four. The text page promises “4 free bonuses” and “$197.00 In Free Gifts” but lists only three.
| Bonus | In the video? | On the text page? | Seller’s description |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Genius Child | Yes | No | An audio for kids, said to help focus and confidence |
| A classic book | Yes | Yes | A copy of a book over a century old about attracting financial success, which the video says The Secret “was secretly based on” |
| Guided visualization | Yes | Yes, as “Genius Visualization” | From a creator described as top-rated on the Calm app |
| Five-habits infographic | Yes | Yes, as “Create Your Ideal Future” | A printable page of the five habits the seller says help you create your ideal future |
Our reading: you can expect up to four digital bonuses, and the exact list may depend on which page you ordered from. The book title and the visualization creator are not named in what we reviewed. The $197 figure is the seller’s own value, and we give the bonuses no cash value when we judge the price.
What is not included
- No app. Nothing to install, and none is offered.
- No physical product. The Terms include a shipping policy for physical goods, but it does not apply to this digital track.
- No Spotify, YouTube or Amazon version. The video says “We only offer the Genius song direct through this website.”
- No study. Nothing in the order shows the track has been tested.
- No subscription. The checkout shows a single, non-recurring purchase.
- No medical advice. The Terms say the information is for entertainment purposes only and is not medical, financial or legal advice.
Terms that come with the purchase
- Personal use only. The Terms call it “a copyrighted digital article for personal use”. It is for one user. Sharing and resale are not allowed.
- Adults only. The Terms say buyers must be 18 or older.
- Email lists. Buying signs you up to email lists managed by HappyConsumerPublishing.com. Those emails may promote third-party offers on topics such as the Law of Attraction, spirituality and numerology. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Entertainment framing. The Terms say “brain entrainment is not an exact science” and that “the products are provided for entertainment purposes only”.
- Testimonials. The Terms say feedback may be acted out by “digital representations, avatars, or actors”, that some people were compensated, and that results shown are not typical. Read the stories in the video as marketing.
- Refunds. The Terms allow a refund on digital products requested within 90 days of purchase, and the ClickBank checkout states the same 90 days. The site’s separate refund page (/TOS/refunds/) is a leftover policy for “NeuroActivate” bottles (60 days, unopened bottles, an Ohio return address) and does not fit this track. Use ClickBank’s refund route and keep your receipt.
Where to go next
- Does it work? The benefits page sets each claim against the research.
- Is $39 fair? The price page does the math.
- Our verdict: the review page explains our 3.0/5 editorial score, which is our own opinion and not a customer rating. Our scoring method is on the methodology page.
- Everything in one place: The Genius Song hub.
