This is our full reference page for The Genius Switch. It is built to be scanned, with short sections, tables and checklists, and each part links to a deeper page in this product set. Everything here was checked against the official sales page, the 36-minute sales video, the seller’s Terms, the separate refund page and the ClickBank checkout.
The 30-second take
Our editorial score: 3.0/5. This is the opinion of Healthy Hormones Club, not a customer rating. How we score is explained on our methodology page.
- What it is: one 8-minute digital audio track, emailed after checkout. Not an app, not a game.
- How you use it: headphones on, eyes closed, 8 minutes a day.
- What it costs: $39, paid once, plus any local tax at checkout.
- Buyer protection: a 90-day refund window in the seller’s Terms and at ClickBank checkout.
- The catch: the claims run far ahead of the evidence. No study has tested the track, the presenter’s identity is not verified, and the seller’s own Terms call the product “for entertainment purposes only”.
- Best for: curious adults who want to try a short, low-cost listening routine and are ready to use the refund if nothing changes.
What The Genius Switch is
The Genius Switch is a single digital audio track that lasts 8 minutes. The sales video calls it a “targeted auditory sequence”, and one heading on the sales page calls it the “Genius Switch Audio Series”. The seller’s Terms of Sale describe the purchase plainly: “You are paying $39 today for The Genius Switch … a copyrighted digital article for personal use.”
The mockup above is the seller’s own artwork. Nothing physical is shipped. What you actually get is an audio file sent by email.
It is not an app and not a game
People often search for a Genius Switch app or a Genius Switch game. Neither exists. We found no app and no game offered on the sales site, in the video or at checkout. You download the audio file to a phone or computer and play it in whatever media player you already use. There are no levels, scores or streaks, and nothing to install.

Who is behind it
The sales video is presented by a man who introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, a New York City neurologist, under a “Top NYC Brain Doctor” headline. We could not verify his identity or his involvement in the product, so we describe him only as the presenter. The seller’s Terms add an important caveat: testimonials and feedback may be dramatized using “digital representations, avatars, or actors”. With that in mind, we do not treat anything in the video as an endorsement by a specific, real doctor.
Payment runs through ClickBank, a large digital retailer, and your card statement shows CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch. That tells you who handles the money and the refund. It does not tell you who made the track.
Why people consider it
The pitch speaks to a common wish: to think more clearly and to have more things go your way. The video says 8 minutes of listening a day can bring about what it calls “whole brain activation”.
Based on how the seller presents it, these are the main draws:
- Very little effort. No pills and no technique to learn. Just 8 minutes with headphones.
- A low, one-time price. $39 with nothing to renew.
- Big promised outcomes. Insights, faster learning, better memory, luck, money and better relationships.
- A safety net. A 90-day refund window that covers a long trial.
The first two and the last one are real features of the purchase. The third is a set of claims, and the rest of this page looks at how well each one holds up.
Likely a reasonable fit
- You are an adult who is curious about audio-based relaxation or focus routines.
- You treat it as an experiment, not a cure for anything.
- You can listen safely: seated or lying down, at a comfortable volume, never while driving.
- You will keep the ClickBank receipt and judge it honestly before day 90.
- You are comfortable that the seller itself calls it entertainment.
Better to skip, or ask a doctor first
- You have epilepsy or a history of seizures.
- You have a hearing problem, such as tinnitus or hearing loss.
- You hope it will fix a health issue, a memory problem, money trouble or a relationship.
- You want a product with a published study behind it.
- You are worried about memory changes. Those deserve a medical check, not an audio track.
Official price
The Genius Switch has one package: the audio track plus four bonuses, for $39. The pricing card on this page shows the full details. Prices were checked on 2026-10-09.
| Item | What the seller shows | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Price you pay | ”Today Just For $39” | One payment of $39, plus tax where it applies |
| Crossed-out prices | $200, $100 and $49 | The seller’s own reference prices, not a market price |
| Price in the video | $49, then a “special” $39 “only through this video” | Same $39 as the sales page |
| Urgency line | ”Not guaranteed beyond today” | A sales tactic. We saw no reason to rush |
| Currency and tax | Local currency plus tax at checkout | Your final amount can differ by country |
| Shipping | None, digital only | No delivery cost |
| Subscription | Not shown | A single purchase |
Put in daily terms, $39 spread over the 90-day refund window comes to about 43 cents a day if you listen every day. That is cheap as these things go. The fairer question is whether an 8-minute track is worth $39 when free binaural-beat tracks exist. We look at that on the price page and the comparison page.

The seller’s explanation
The video’s idea is “whole brain activation”. It says the two halves of the brain can sync up, and that the track brings this about using what the presenter calls “neural sync technology”. He says his team compressed “one hour of neural sync” into the 8-minute track.
To support this, the video cites Roger Sperry’s Nobel Prize. Sperry did win the 1981 Nobel Prize, but for split-brain research. “Whole brain activation” is the seller’s term, not a clinical one, and Sperry’s prize was not for anything like it.
The routine itself
| Step | What the seller says | Our practical note |
|---|---|---|
| Get the file | The track is emailed right after checkout | Save it to your phone or computer straight away |
| Set up | Put on headphones | Start at a low volume and raise it only to a comfortable level |
| Listen | Close your eyes and listen for 8 minutes | Sit or lie down somewhere safe. Never while driving |
| How often | Every day | Same time each day makes it easier to keep up |
| Missed days | Missing a day is “okay” | No need to double up |
| When to judge it | The video gives several timelines, from the first listen to a few weeks | Make your decision well before day 90, when the refund window closes |
How to tell whether it does anything for you
Feelings about focus are easy to over-read in either direction. A simple log helps:
- Before your first listen, write down how you rate your focus, mood and sleep on a 1 to 10 scale for three days.
- Note anything else you change in the same weeks, such as sleep, caffeine or exercise. Those can move the numbers too.
- Repeat the three-day log around week four and again around week ten.
- Decide by about day 80, so there is time to request a refund before day 90.
If the numbers have not moved, that is a useful result, and the refund window is long enough to act on it.
What the seller claims, and how strong the evidence is
Here is each claim from the video and sales page, with our evidence label. The label describes the published research behind the idea, not proof that the track delivers it. No claim below has been tested on The Genius Switch itself.
- “Whole brain activation” by syncing the two hemispheres. Evidence: none for the track. This is the seller’s own term. The Nobel Prize the video leans on was for split-brain research, not for anything like this.
- “Insights” and “eureka moments”. Evidence: none. Seller anecdotes only. We found no study linking any audio track to sudden insights.
- Learning faster and better memory. Evidence: very limited and indirect. Some small binaural-beat studies report short-term effects on attention or mood, and reviews describe that research as mixed and small-scale. None tested this track.
- Luck and “synchronicities”. Evidence: none. On casino luck the presenter himself says “there is of course no evidence to support that the genius switch caused that”.
- Promotions, raises and money. Evidence: none. Stories told in the video, not data.
- Better relationships. Evidence: none. Anecdotes from the video.
- Weight loss and quitting smoking. Evidence: none. The video describes a colleague losing 17 pounds and another quitting smoking. These are anecdotes, not results anyone can check.
- Headaches and joint pain easing. Evidence: none. The track is not a treatment, and the site’s own disclaimer says it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Children’s grades improving. Evidence: none. A story in the video, nothing more.
- Fast results. The video says “it starts working the very first time you listen”, that “many customers notice a difference within the first two to three days”, and that most people see results “within a couple weeks”. Evidence: none. These are the seller’s statements, with no data shown.
- “18,456 everyday Americans” helped and “stacks of five star reviews”. Evidence: not verifiable. These are seller figures. We found no independent source for either.
The full claim-by-claim table, with the binaural-beat research explained, is on The Genius Switch benefits page.
The brain-wave contradiction
One detail stands out. The video says the method “has nothing to do with brain waves” and calls sound waves “an incomplete method”. Yet the sales page lists studies on 40 Hz binaural beats and gamma stimulation as its references. Binaural beats are a type of sound designed to influence brain-wave activity. So the pitch distances itself from brain waves while citing brain-wave research. We point this out neutrally: it does not prove anything about the track, but it does make the sales story harder to trust.
Reading the list honestly
Most of the claims are about life outcomes, such as luck, money, love and weight, that no audio track has been shown to change. The one area with any research at all, short-term attention or mood, is the area the video talks about least. And the only research cited is about a kind of audio the video says it is not.
None of this means you will feel nothing. Eight quiet minutes with your eyes closed can feel calming for many people. It means nobody can promise the bigger results, and a trial with an honest log is the only way to judge it for yourself.
The 4 bonuses and the 90-day guarantee
The bonuses
The video lists four free bonuses for orders placed at the $39 price. All are digital.
| Bonus | What the seller describes | Our note |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Guided visualization | From a creator described as top-rated on the Calm app, about money, love, health and happiness | The creator is not named in what we reviewed |
| 2. Smart grocery shopping guide | Foods the seller links to brain fog, plus tips to cut the grocery bill | The brain-fog food list is the seller’s view, not a medical finding |
| 3. A classic book | A free copy of a book over 100 years old about attracting financial success | The title is not named in what we reviewed |
| 4. Printable infographic | The 5 habits the seller says help you build your ideal future | A one-page printable |
The video also includes a testimonial about the grocery guide from “Joyce Webb from Tempe”. The seller’s Terms say testimonials may be acted out by avatars or actors, may come from “early supporters, friends, or family members of the company’s founders”, and are “exceptional results and may not reflect the experience of a typical customer”. Treat it as marketing, not as an independent review. We see the bonuses as small extras, not a reason to buy.
The 90-day guarantee
- Sales page: “90-Day Money Back Guarantee (terms apply)”.
- Terms: digital products are refundable when the request is made “within 90 days of your initial purchase”.
- ClickBank checkout: “return or replacement of any product within 90 days from the date of purchase”.
- Video: a “100% ironclad money back guarantee”.
- Clock starts: on the purchase date. There is no delivery delay, because the track is emailed.
- What to keep: your ClickBank receipt.
The refund-page fine print
The official site has a separate Refund page that does not match this product. It is a copy of a policy for “NeuroActivate” bottles: 60 days, unopened bottles only, and a return address in Tallmadge, Ohio. It does not fit a digital track. The Terms page and ClickBank’s 90-day policy are the ones that apply to The Genius Switch. ClickBank’s general support page says most products have a 60-day window, so cite the Terms and the checkout when you ask for 90 days, and keep the receipt.
What you actually receive
Strip away the pitch and the order is simple.
| You get | You do not get |
|---|---|
| One 8-minute audio track, sent by email after checkout | An app, a game or anything to install |
| Four digital bonuses | A physical product or anything shipped |
| A personal-use copy, per the Terms | A study showing the track works |
| A ClickBank receipt and 90-day refund window | Any promise of health, luck or money results |
| Marketing emails, which come from GeniusSwitchOfficial.com | A subscription |
The file plays on a phone or computer in any media player. Delivery formats, devices and the bonuses are covered in more detail on the What’s Included page.
Pros and cons
Pros
- One-time $39 price with no subscription
- Only 8 minutes a day, in any media player
- Delivered by email right after checkout
- 90-day refund window in the Terms and at ClickBank checkout
- Low physical risk when used at a safe volume
Cons
- No study has tested the track itself
- The video denies a brain-wave link, yet the page cites binaural-beat studies
- Presenter’s identity is not independently verified
- Terms say testimonials may be acted out and the product is “for entertainment purposes only”
- Refund page on the site belongs to a different, bottled product
Our editorial score: 3.0/5. It weighs transparency, evidence, safety, value and buyer protection, as set out on our methodology page. The breakdown is on The Genius Switch review page.
Why it lands in the middle: the buying terms are good, the price is low and fixed, delivery is instant, and a 90-day window gives you a fair trial. What pulls it down is everything around the product. The presenter cannot be verified, the testimonials may be acted out, the claims stretch from focus to money and weight loss with no data, and the sales story contradicts its own references. The score rates The Genius Switch as a cheap experiment you can return, not as a proven tool.
What we can and cannot say
What the seller claims
- “Whole brain activation” through “neural sync technology”
- Insights, faster learning, better memory, luck, money, relationships, weight loss, quitting smoking and easing of aches
- Results from the first listen, within days, or within a couple of weeks
- 18,456 people helped and “stacks of five star reviews”
What we could verify
- That the product is one 8-minute digital audio track, delivered by email
- The $39 price, and the crossed-out reference prices on the sales page
- The four bonuses as described in the video
- The 90-day refund terms in the Terms of Service and at ClickBank checkout
- The ClickBank checkout and the CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch statement name
- The seller’s own “For Entertainment Purposes Only” section
What is not proven
- That the track changes brain activity in any measurable way
- Any of the life-outcome claims: luck, money, relationships, weight, smoking, pain or grades
- The presenter’s identity and his role in creating the product
- The customer number and the five-star reviews mentioned in the video
The seller’s own disclaimers
These are the lines from the seller’s Terms that matter most to a buyer:
- Entertainment framing. Under “For Entertainment Purposes Only”, the Terms say: “brain entrainment is not an exact science and we recommend that you do not treat it as such. The products are provided for entertainment purposes only.”
- Testimonials. The Terms say the seller may use “digital representations, avatars, or actors” to act out user feedback, and that some people giving testimonials may be “early supporters, friends, or family members of the company’s founders”.
- Typical results. Testimonials are “exceptional results and may not reflect the experience of a typical customer”.
About the testimonials in the video
The video features “Lisa, a nurse from San Diego”, “Matthew in Houston”, “Ellie from Manhattan” and “Joyce Webb from Tempe”. Under the seller’s own Terms, these may be acted out by avatars or actors, may involve friends or family of the founders, and describe exceptional rather than typical results. We do not treat them as independent reviews, and we have not added any reviews of our own. Our 3.0/5 is an editorial score, not a customer average.
Who should be careful
- Epilepsy or seizure history: ask a doctor before using any audio-entrainment product.
- Hearing problems: ask a doctor or audiologist first, and keep the volume low.
- Drivers and machine operators: never listen while driving or operating machinery.
- Anyone with new or worsening memory problems: see a doctor. Many causes are treatable.
- Anyone using it in place of care: the track is not a treatment, and the Terms say it should not replace advice from medical, legal or financial professionals.

We compare The Genius Switch with types of options rather than named brands, since no other audio product in our catalog is live.
| Option | Main strength | Main limit | Compared with The Genius Switch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free binaural-beat tracks | Cost nothing and are easy to try | Quality varies, and the research is small and mixed | A free way to test whether this kind of listening suits you. The video claims they are not the same |
| Meditation apps | Guided sessions and a large library | Often a subscription, and they take daily practice | More content and structure. The Genius Switch is one file and one price |
| Brain-training games | Active puzzles with scores you can track | Whether game skills carry over to daily life is debated | A game is active. The Genius Switch is passive listening |
| Sleep, exercise and routine | Well-supported effects on focus and mood | Take effort and time | The basics to get right first, whatever else you try |
| Seeing a doctor | Finds treatable causes of memory or focus problems | Needs an appointment | The right first step for new or worsening symptoms |
What the table means in practice
If you want to know whether audio listening helps you relax or focus, a free binaural-beat track is the cheapest test, and it carries the same basic safety rules. If it does nothing for you, The Genius Switch may not either, although the seller says its track is different.
If you want guided practice and variety, a meditation app gives you more for your time. If you like active challenges, a brain game fits better than any track. And if poor sleep, stress or a lack of movement is behind the fog, those basics will likely do more than any product.
The Genius Switch’s case is simplicity: one short file, one price and a long refund window. That is a real convenience. It is not the same as being better proven. The full side-by-side is on The Genius Switch comparison page, and other products in this area are listed under Cognitive Support.
FAQ
What is The Genius Switch?
A single 8-minute digital audio track sold for $39. The seller calls it a “targeted auditory sequence” for “whole brain activation”. It is not an app and not a game.
Has it been tested?
No study of the track itself has been published. The cited research is about binaural beats and gamma stimulation in general.
How do I use it?
Download it, put on headphones, close your eyes and listen for 8 minutes a day. The video says missing a day is okay.
How much does it cost?
$39 once, plus any local tax at checkout. The crossed-out prices are the seller’s reference figures.
Is there a refund?
Yes. 90 days from purchase, per the Terms and the ClickBank checkout. Keep your receipt.
What about the refund page that mentions bottles?
That page is a copy of a NeuroActivate policy for bottled products. It does not apply to this digital track.
Is the presenter a real neurologist?
He introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, a New York City neurologist. We could not verify that or his involvement.
Are the video testimonials real reviews?
The Terms say they may be acted out by avatars or actors and may come from friends or family of the founders. Do not read them as independent reviews.
Is it safe?
For most adults it is low-risk at a comfortable volume. Never use it while driving. Ask a doctor first if you have epilepsy or a hearing problem.

Where to buy
Buy only from the official site, geniusswitchoriginal.com. Payment runs through ClickBank, and the checkout page sits on thegeniusx.pay.clickbank.net. The video says the track is not sold on Amazon, and the presenter says YouTube or Spotify tracks are not the same product. Read more on the where to buy page.
Price and value
There is only one option: $39 for the track and four bonuses. The crossed-out $200, $100 and $49 are the seller’s reference prices. Your checkout total is in your local currency and may include tax. See the price page for the math.
Is it legit?
It is a real digital product, sold through a well-known payment processor, with a published 90-day refund window. The doubts are about the marketing: an unverified presenter, testimonials that may be acted out, claims with no evidence, and a refund page copied from another product. The official website page shows how to recognize the genuine site and its support contacts.
Safety
Keep the volume comfortable, listen seated or lying down, and never while driving or operating machinery. Ask a doctor first if you have epilepsy, a seizure history or a hearing problem. See the safety page.
Refund policy
90 days from purchase under the Terms and the ClickBank checkout. Ignore the separate bottle-return page. Set a reminder for around day 80, and keep the ClickBank receipt and the CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch statement line.

- I will log how I feel before I start and again around weeks four and ten.
- I have a reminder set for day 80, ahead of the 90-day refund deadline.
If every line is ticked, you are in a good position to try The Genius Switch fairly and get your money back if it does nothing for you.
