Short answers to the questions people ask most before buying The Genius Switch. Each answer stays brief and points to the page in this set that covers the topic in depth.
Quick verdict: The Genius Switch is an 8-minute audio track for $39 with a 90-day refund window. No study has tested it, the presenter is not verified, and the seller’s own Terms call it “for entertainment purposes only”. Our editorial score is 3.0/5, explained on our methodology page and the review page.
About the product
What is The Genius Switch?
The Genius Switch is a single 8-minute digital audio track sold for $39. The seller calls it a “targeted auditory sequence” and says it produces “whole brain activation” by syncing the two halves of the brain. It is emailed after checkout. The full overview is on The Genius Switch hub.
Is The Genius Switch an app or a game?
Neither. We found no app or game offered on the sales site, in the video or at checkout. It is an audio file you download to a phone or computer and play in any media player. The What’s Included page lists everything in the order.
Using it
How do I use The Genius Switch?
Put on headphones, close your eyes and listen to the track for 8 minutes a day. The video says missing a day is okay. Listen seated or lying down, at a comfortable volume, and never while driving.
How soon does the seller say it works?
The video says “it starts working the very first time you listen”, that “many customers notice a difference within the first two to three days”, and that most people see results “within a couple weeks”. These are seller statements with no data behind them.
Evidence and claims
Is The Genius Switch scientifically proven?
No. No published study has tested the track. The sales page cites research on 40 Hz binaural beats and gamma stimulation, such as Ross and Lopez 2020, but that research is about other audio and is small-scale with mixed results. The benefits page rates every claim.
Is The Genius Switch binaural beats?
The seller does not say. The video says the method “has nothing to do with brain waves”, yet the sales page lists binaural-beat studies as references. We point out the contradiction because it makes the claims harder to trust.
Can The Genius Switch bring luck or money?
There is no evidence for that. On casino luck the presenter himself says “there is of course no evidence to support that the genius switch caused that”. Stories about promotions and money in the video are anecdotes.
Who is Dr. Daniel Barone?
He is the presenter of the sales video, who introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, a New York City neurologist. We could not verify his identity or his involvement in the product.
Are the testimonials in the video real reviews?
Treat them as marketing. The seller’s Terms say testimonials may be acted out by avatars or actors, that some people may be “early supporters, friends, or family members of the company’s founders”, and that testimonials are “exceptional results and may not reflect the experience of a typical customer”.
Safety
Is The Genius Switch safe?
For most adults it is low-risk at a comfortable volume. Never listen while driving or operating machinery. People with epilepsy, a seizure history or a hearing problem should ask a doctor first. This is our general advice for audio-entrainment products. Details are on the safety page.
Is The Genius Switch a medical treatment?
No. The site’s disclaimer says it is “not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease”, and the Terms say “the products are provided for entertainment purposes only”.

Four things to remember
- It is an audio file. Not an app, not a game, not a supplement.
- Nothing is proven. No study has tested the track, and the seller’s own Terms call it entertainment.
- Listen safely. Comfortable volume, never while driving, and a doctor’s advice first with epilepsy or hearing problems.
- The refund is 90 days from purchase. Decide by about day 80 and keep the ClickBank receipt.
Still have a question?
The Genius Switch hub brings everything together in one buyer guide, and the comparison page sets it against free tracks, meditation apps and brain games. If your question is medical, such as whether it is suitable with epilepsy or a hearing condition, ask your doctor. Nothing on this page is medical advice.
